Easy-Recruiter includes three Basic Export features that can be used to extra the information stored in your system for use in other applications. A Basic Export is a process that creates a simple flat file that contains data for given type of contact (Athlete, Schools, or Coaches).
The file created by a Basic Export process can be a formatted as a comma separated text file (*.CSV or *.TXT file names), a DBF table, or a Microsoft Excel™ spreadsheet. These files contain a specific list of fields in a given order for the type of contact you are exporting.

Using Basic Export Features
- You can access the Basic Export screen for a given area by using the
Toolbar button on the Athlete Pane, Schools Pane, or the List of Coaches shown in various places. - You can also access a Basic Export screen from the Settings Pane under the Data tab like shown below. This method allows you to specify the type of contact you wish to export and can be useful for processing multiple export files consecutively.

- When exporting Athletes and Schools, you can limit the records that are extracted from your system by using the Search Features prior to running the export process.
- Complete the Basic Export screen by selecting the File Format your wish to use and specifying a File Name. You can optionally use the ellipses button to browse and select the file to use from either you local hard drives or network places. Click the "Export" button to process the specified file.
