Exporting Athletes

When exporting Athlete information, the fields displayed on the Athlete Pane that are listed below under Basic Import/Export Field Order will be included. Easy-Recruiter also allows you to specify that the export file contain:

Importing Athletes

When importing Athlete information, Easy-Recruiter provides a Basic Import feature along with an Advanced Import feature. The Basic Import feature requires the incoming data to only contain Athlete Fields in a specified order (shown below). The Advanced Import feature allows you to combine fields from Athletes, Schools, and Coaches in any order necessary.

Note - Import files used for a Basic Athlete Import must be structured with columns for each field listed above and in the order specified. The only required fields are Athlete Name and Athlete Sport. Other fields may be considered optional and left blank, however the file should still be structured accordingly and contain empty columns for unused fields. For an example of a properly structured import file, generate and export file for review.
