Easy-Recruiter is a software product that performs what are commonly referred to as Contact Management functions. A contact management tool typically allows user to manage address book details for a variety of people and organizations ("contacts") similar to a Rolodex, but with the power to also track a wide variety of details on each contact in additional to the relationships that exist between different contacts. In this aspect, Easy-Recruiter combines the "look and feel" of popular software applications such as Microsoft Outlook™ and Act! ™ with an "industrial strength" database engine to deliver a flexible yet powerful contact management tool specifically designed for coaches and recruiters. Easy-Recruiter is capable of managing the recruiting process for numerous sports right "out of the box", and can be further customized by the user for sports other than what are included.

Easy-Recruiter can run on an individual computer in Single User mode, or on a school network with multiple user in Network User mode. Single User mode allows one person to manage and make use of the Easy-Recruiter database on a single computer. When in Network User mode on a school network, Easy-Recruiter enables multiple users to enter information, review information, generate reports and launch other application such as email programs and web browsers from directly inside the program. Network User mode allows a single database of (High) Schools and Coaches is available to all users of the program. This saves time, ensures up-to-date information, and enables an Athletic Department to utilize its administrative support more staff efficiently.

Easy-Recruiter was designed with the help of college coaches and includes most of the data entry elements (fields) commonly found on recruiting cards used by college coaches. Users can switch between sports quickly and easily. This allows information to be shared between coaches of different sports who may be recruiting an athlete with an interest in participating in 2-sports at the college level. Additional data entry elements can be added as User Defined fields, which can be customized by the user to adapt to the requirements of an individual sport. These User Defined fields include built-in categories for Position and Performance measurements in additional to an other category and tracking miscellaneous athlete details. Overall, you will find this product offers the flexibility with these various customization features to allow Easy-Recruiter to become an invaluable tracking and analysis tool in a variety of environments.

A suite of Reports is included in the system and the user has the ability to use the Athlete Search feature to apply "filters" or queries to the built-in reports and then save them for future use. Information can also be exported for use in programs such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for further analysis and to perform mail merges.

A number of Advanced Features are also available for optimizing the management of information. These features include the My Settings area for recording user preferences, in addition to the ability to Import and Export data on Athletes, Schools and Coaches.
