The Reports Pane is a task area of Easy-Recruiter accessed by the icon on the Task Bar.

This pane includes a list of available reports on the left side. This list may include both Basic Reports and Custom Reports.

Below the reports list are buttons that can be used to take advantage of the Athlete Search feature to select and filter the list of athlete records for reporting. After selecting athletes with a Search, you can use the customize options in the upper right corner of the pane to specify if you want to Print All athletes or just the current search results with Print Current List.

The Report Title field can be used to add your own caption to the selected report's printed title. Criteria for the current search will be shown here automatically, if applicable.

Various buttons can be found in the lower right corner of the pane for managing Customized Reports: Print Setup for configuring printer options, Preview to view the report before sending, and Print to generate output.
