After installing the program, the following tasks should be performed before you begin entering athletes:

• Double-click the Easy-Recruiter icon on your desktop.
  
  
• Complete the login screen with your User ID=Admin and Password=admin. (Note - passwords are case sensitive).

• Enter your product registration number on the Settings Pane.
  
  
• (Optional) Add a New User to create a custom login account. Then close the application, re-open and complete login screen with the new user ID and password.
  
  
• Select the default sport and set your individual preferences under My Settings and click Save on that tab.
  
  
• Add the members of the College Recruiting Staff to the system so that athletes and schools can be assigned to Staff members.
  
  
• Create Regions into which Schools can be grouped.
  
  
• Enter (High) School information and HS Coaches (optional - these can also be entered while Athletes are entered)
  
  
• Now you are ready to begin Adding New Athletes.
