Easy-Recruiter has the ability to manage Athletes and HS Coaches by sport. Multiple sports are predefined for use, and the details managed for athletes can be customized by sport.

Viewing Athletes by Sport


Use the toolbar for the current sport on the Athlete Pane to control which Athlete contacts are displayed in the lower pane.

• Drop down toolbar list for Current Sport.
  
  
• Click to select the desired sport.
  
  
• Momentary pause while the Athlete Pane is re-displayed for use.
  

Tip! Use the Print Current List customize option on the Reports Pane to generate output showing only records for the current sport.

Setting a Default Current Sport

You can customize the current sport toolbar setting to automatically select your preferred sport after launching the system. This is one of the main features in Easy-Recruiter that users can customize under My Settings

• Click the Settings Icon on the Task Bar.
  
  
• Use the My Settings tab in the upper control panel.
  
  
• Specify your preference for your Preferred Sport.
  
  
• Use the Save button on the same tab in that control panel to record your preference for later convenience.
