Football Scorebook makes it possible to efficiently record the results for each play in a football game as the game is watched live or from recorded game video. With its "game-time", play-by-play approach to data entry, Football Scorebook is able to maintain Real-Time Statistics and produce a running game summary - the type of information that is used by reporters, announcers, statisticians and eventually coaches.

With Football Scorebook, a statistics window is automatically refreshed and displays either team or individual results as the game is played. Single Game, and Cumulative post-game Statistics can be maintained for as many as 1000 games, and reports can be printed, saved in HTML format, or exported for use in other applications (like Football Statsbook).
