"I will definitely pass information about Easy-Cut along to all of the other video coordinators in the AFL."
Matt Flemming
Chicago Rush, Arena Football League
What it does:
Video Editing software
is used for a variety of purposes by football coaches. Basic video editing tasks include
using a computer to watch plays from a football game, recording information
about those plays at the same time and quickly retrieving and viewing plays based on that information.
Advanced tasks include creating "cutups" and "highlights" and
printing reports for determining tendencies and producing
game plans.
What's different about Easy-Scout and
Easy-Cut ?
CompuSports' Video Editing products require little or no investment in special equipment.
Easy-Scout Professional and Easy-Cut work together to deliver an integrated scouting and video editing solution
for football coaches. Easy-Scout XP Professional enables a coach to view
and "edit" Digital Video on the computer while recording scouting
data. With Easy-Scout Professional, it is possible to print scouting reports
and perform on-screen video analysis.
Easy-Scout Professional can also produce basic cutups on computers
that are equipped with S-Video (Video-Out) connectors.
Easy-Cut
complements the "cutup" capabilities of Easy-Scout Professional. Specifically,
Easy-Cut can produce video
cutups
as digital video (Windows Media) files - which expands the possibilities
for distributing video cutups and producing highlight videos. For a limited time, Easy-Cut is
included free of charge with all versions of Easy-Scout Professional.
Easy-Cut is also
available as a "standalone" for only $195!
The Easy-Scout XP
Professional/Easy-Cut bundle delivers incredible functionality for a
game-changing, affordable price
-
starting at only $595 for a Single User license.
Why CompuSports?
CompuSports' products in this
category usually require little or no special equipment, concentrate on
basic
video editing and football scouting tasks (such as those mentioned
above) and avoid complicated and potentially problematic "features"
and in some cases - gimmicks.
When Microsoft introduced Windows XP with a number of
"video-enabling" technologies just a few years ago, the world of
Digital Video quickly changed. Digital
Video Editing was transformed from a complicated, mysterious and
often problematic endeavor to a simpler and routine part of
"mainstream computing". Our products, like some others,
build on these capabilities to provide an affordable video editing option
for football coaches. The links to the right will enable you to learn more about
