CompuSports distributes two types of
products - those published by us, and those published by
others and distributed by us. Product maintenance,
updates, upgrades and technical support is the ultimate
responsibility of the publisher.
We provide Technical Support primarily
through E-mail and by responding to inquiries and
requests submitted with the Contact Form on this and other CompuSports web sites.
Live Support (a form of "chat" or Instant Messaging) is generally
available during our normal business hours on Weekdays, but
may also be available during evenings and weekends,
particularly during "peak" support periods.
E-mail support is available 7 days
per week, with faster response times generally during
business hours. We also utilize "remote" assistance
software at a mutually convenient time to supplement our
online resources when necessary.
CompuSports provides Telephone Support for
Easy-Scout, Easy-Cut, Easy-Recruiter and Athletic Equipment
Manager weekdays from 9AM to 5 PM EST. When a call is
not answered immediately, "call back" support is provided. Calls received
prior to 1 PM EST are usually returned the business same
day. Generally speaking, we provide telephone support
for the current versions of the products that we publish.
We appreciate it very much when our customers use our
Contact Form, Live Support and eMail, especially during the month of August - our heaviest call volume comes at this time of the year. SELF-HELP RESOURCESWe provide instructional
and technical reference resources
that include instructional manuals, online and offline help files, and video
tutorials. These resources, designed to illustrate and
explain the use and operation of our products, are published
online, included on product CD's and in a number of
instances accessible from the Help within a software
application.

Technical Support Site includes resources and support tools designed for the football
coaches, athletic directors, athletic equipment
managers, and other members of the sports community that use
the football scouting, video editing, athletic recruiting
and athletic equipment management
software products that we publish.

A USERID and PASSWORD are required in order to access
parts of the Technical Support Center, and are provided
when CompuSports' products are registered.
Licensed users of an Easy-Scout, Easy-Cut, Easy-Recruiter or Athletic
Equipment Manager may use our Contact Form to request an ID and Password
for access to the Technical
Support Center.
