What is a Software Maintenance Agreement ?

A software maintenance agreement includes:

• All Updates and Version Upgrades released during the time a maintenance agreement is in effect.
   

• Software License Transfers that are necessitated by a redeployment of the software on a different computer or to a different person on a staff.
  
  * Note: The simple reinstallation of software on the same computer does not require a license transfer.
   

• Expanded support services that include Telephone support and when necessary,  Live Chat and/or remote technical assistance.
   

• Assistance in resolving problems that are caused when Windows or parts of it change to do new Windows releases or Microsoft  updates, operating system reinstallation.
