AND TRAINING QUESTIONS
Question: What type of Technical Support
do you provide ?
Answer: We provide
application support for the products that we
publish. These products include Easy-Scout XP
Plus, Easy-Scout Professional, Easy-Cut,
Easy-Recruiter and Athletic Equipment Manager.
We provide
installation support for products that we
distribute on behalf of other publishers.
Installation support includes installing the software on
a computer from the CD or
Digital Download and activating the software. The publishers
that we represent provide "application support", updates, upgrades and
in some cases telephone support.
Question: What
is the fastest and most effective way to receive Technical
Assistance for a product purchased from CompuSports?
Answer: Click
the Live Support button when it reports that a
support representative is available or use it to
send us a message. It is also possible to use our
Feedback form, to send an email to our Support Department
or to call our Technical Support number during our
normal business hours. Question: What
other types of support and assistance are available? Answer: All
publishers provide one or more of the following forms of
support: 1. Online
self-service resources.
Publishers invest both time and money to create and maintain
FAQ's, Support pages, User Manuals, and Video Tutorials. These
forms of instruction and documentation are available 7x24x365.
2) Live Help (Chat).
Live Help enables you to receive instant help without having to use the telephone, and if a support person is unavailable,
most Live Help systems enable you to forward an email to the support team.
3) E-mail support
All publishers offer support by email . Despite problems with email delivery
to school email addresses, email is usually fast and
effective. Email responses may include pictures and
links when necessary, and can be saved indefinitely
or printed. Email support is also available at night and on weekends.
NOTE: For best results be sure to check and possibly
adjust your Junk Mail setting or ask your school's
IT department to permit email from the "domain" of
the publisher of any products that you purchase.
When necessary CompuSports will assist you in
obtaining support from one of our publishers.
4) Telephone Support
Some publishers offer telephone support.
Telephone support can be either immediate (not very common) or
"call-back" support. When telephone support is available, a
technical support number is provided.
CompuSports provides Telephone Support for
Easy-Scout, Easy-Cut, Easy-Recruiter and Athletic Equipment
Manager weekdays from 9AM to 5 PM EST. When a call is
not answered immediately, "call back" support is provided. Calls received
prior to 1 PM EST are usually returned the business same
day.
