ORDERING AND SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Question:  Do you accept purchase orders ?

Answer:  Yes - We do it all the time.

We ask for a "hard copy" of the purchase order which shows the purchase order number (if applicable), contains the appropriate signatures and provides billing instructions.  A hard copy purchase order can be mailed or faxed (our Toll Free Fax # is 877-600-8882)

Question:  What shipping options do you offer and when will the product arrive with each one ?

Answer:  We offer Standard shipping and an Expedited shipping option.

Standard Shipping - unless otherwise noted,  is via USPS First Class Mail. We ship your order within 2 business days from the date of your order - at our expense.  The total delivery time varies based on your distance from northern Maryland.

Expedited Shipping - unless otherwise noted, is via USPS Priority Mail. The total delivery time is typically 2-3 business days NOT INCLUDING the date of the order.  The cost for Expedited Shipping is an additional $15.00 per order to cover the cost of shipping and special handling.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD QUESTIONS

Question: I see you offer some software by digital delivery (download). Is this available for all products, and how does it work?

Answer:  At the present time, we have two methods of distributing software in this fashion. If a trial version of a software product was downloaded, we can usually activate it with a serial number or Registration Key as soon as payment or a Purchase Order is Received. Also, many products can be purchased and immediately downloaded from the CompuSports Media Exchange. Products available by download can be identified by the Download Now button on the product page.

DOWNLOAD FROM THE COMPUSPORTS MEDIA EXCHANGE

The CompuSports Media Exchange is a web site with its own "secure" shopping cart, and provides "real-time" software and eBook downloads, meaning you will receive your software or eBook immediately after paying for it.  Software products that are available from the CompuSports Media Exchange can be identified by the Download Now button in the upper right of on an individual product page.

Digital Download is also available for products that are purchased using a Faxed Purchase order, however this is NOT a real-time download, meaning there is a delay between the time an order is placed and when the software is available.  In order to use a Purchase Order to arrange for a Digital download of a product, you must first mail or fax the PO and then request that we make a Digital Download available to you.
