Question:  What is the difference between the Standard Edition and the Advanced Edition of Athletic Equipment Manager?

Answer: The Advanced Edition is our most current version, and contains a Purchasing and Receiving module along with additional tools for on-screen analysis and reporting.

Question:  If I begin with the Standard Edition, will my inventory information be saved if I upgrade to the Advanced Edition?

Answer: YES.  The Advanced Edition will recognize and transfer the information from the Standard Edition automatically.

Question:  Does the Athletic Equipment Manager require an internet connection?

Answer: NO. The software and its data reside on a personal computer and it does NOT require internet connectivity.

Question:  Can the Athletic Equipment Manager data be shared?

Answer: YES. The database can be placed in a location that makes it easy for multiple users to share.  This usually requires the assistance of School IT personnel and at least one additional user license that includes network implementation support and assistance. 

Question:  Is there a discount for purchasing multiple copies of Athletic Equipment Manager for use at one school?

Answer: Yes. We offer reduced rate additional user licenses for installing Athletic Equipment Manager on multiple computers.
