Question:  What is the main difference between the Basic Edition and the Advanced Edition?

Answer: The Advanced Edition contains a Purchasing and Receiving module, and additional tools for on-screen analysis and reporting

Question:  If I begin with the Basic Edition, will my inventory information be saved if I upgrade to the Advanced Edition?

Answer: YES.  When it runs for the first time, the Advanced Edition of AEM transfers the information from the Basic Edition and everything is retained.

Question:  Does the Athletic Equipment Manager require an internet connection?

Answer: NO. The program and its data reside on a personal computer and it does NOT require internet connectivity.

Question:  Can the Athletic Equipment Manager data be shared?

Answer: YES. The database can be placed in a location that makes it easy for multiple users to share.  This usually requires the assistance of School IT personnel and at least one additional user license that includes network implementation support and assistance. 

Question:  Is there a discount for purchasing multiple copies of Athletic Equipment Manager for use at one school?

Answer: Yes.
