Question: Do your
products work on a Mac?
Answer: Sometimes.
We offer one product in a Mac specific version - Playmaker Pro. All of our other products
require Microsoft Windows, however since most Macs sold today
have Intel processors, they can run
Windows and the Mac OS.
We recommend this only for Advanced computer users,
or those working with an IT Department, but it is an
effective approach to running most Windows
software on a Mac.

Does your software work on phones or tablet
computers?
Question: All of
our software is designed to run on laptop or desktop computers.
There is a version of Playmaker Pro for iOS devices
that is only available in Apple's app store.
Question: Is there a trial version available?
Answer: Yes, a trial version is available for most
of our products. Trial Version

Question:
Does your software get installed on my computer, or
do I need an internet connection to run it?
Answer: All of our products are installed
on a desktop or laptop computer. No internet connection is
required.
Question: Are your products
a one-time purchase or subscription?
Answer: All of our products are
available as one-time
purchase. In addition, our Easy-Scout Professional and
Easy-Cut products are available on a "pay-as-you-go", subscription
basis.
