The Easy-Scout Professional Video Analyzer screen performs a variety of
functions. A powerful search feature makes it possible to "filter" plays
from one or more games and "play back" the associated video based
on one or more "attributes". Examples of attributes would be Down, Play Name,
Run/Pass and Possession type (Offense, Defense, Punt, etc). Plays
can be viewed individually, and in groups; either one at a time or
sequentially . Plays can also be "intercut", or "checkerboarded"
when more than one camera is used.
The Video Analyzer has "VCR" buttons similar to those that are found in the
Video Editor screen that control video playback, and a search or "filter" capability for selecting plays
from the games that have been entered into to the Easy-Scout database.
"Search Results become
"sets" of plays for performing video analysis, "exporting"
to Windows Media or DV-AVI files (requires video publishing module),
printing tendency reports, or saving to a variety of data formats including
MS Excel.
The Video Analyzer has the ability to "save filters", such as 1st Down
Plays, Goal Line plays, Touchdowns that can be used to make future analyses more
efficient.
Like other Easy-Scout Professional video screens, a Full Screen "mode" launches Windows Media
Player with the video from the currently active play, and when closed,
returns to that same play. This tight integration with Windows Media player
delivers additional playback viewing capabilities, including the ability to
adjust the Playback Speed when using Windows 7 or when working with Windows
Media files on Windows XP and Vista. |
