Easy-Recruiter allows you to easily archive Athlete records and other information at the end of a recruiting season. This means you can essentially start a new year with a fresh database.

To perform a New Season Reset:

• Launch Easy-Recruiter and Login as a System Administrator User.

• Access the Settings Pane from the Task Bar.
  
  
• Use the System Control Panel in the lower portion of this area and click on the Data Tab.
  
  
• Click the New Season Reset button.
  
  
• In the New Season Reset window specify what information you want to delete for the new year.
  
  
• Enter the new four digit year in the New Season field.
  
  
• Indicate if you want to create a System Backup of current information before the New Season Reset process is performed. (This is optional.)
  
  
• Click the New Season button to reset the database, or use the Cancel button to return to the Advanced Data Settings area.
