Before contacting us for Technical Support, be sure to have the following information:

  1. The operating system you are using (Windows version)

  2. The amount of memory installed in your system

  3. The amount of Free Disk Space on the drive where Easy-Recruiter is installed

  4. Whether you are using a Single User or Network User version

  5. Your serial number

We may ask you to send us the files that Easy-Recruiter creates when it recognizes that a problem has occurred. We may also want to send you one or more files that will correct your problem. If your computer does not have E-mail capabilities, have an email address ready for us in the event that we need to exchange files in order to identify and/or resolve the problem.
