Easy-Recruiter includes the typical data entry elements ("fields") commonly found on recruiting prospect cards and information sheets. Data elements can be further customized to adapt to different sports and user requirements.
Easy-Recruiter is capable of "importing" from forms found on college web sites, lists provided by recruiting services and virtually any "electronic" list of athletes, schools or coaches . Easy-Recruiter can also export data to programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for further analysis and to perform mail merges.
With its "contact log" and 5 "notepads" linked to each athlete, Easy-Recruiter makes it easy to document every contact with an athlete and track the status of recruits as they move through the recruiting process.. A comprehensive collection of reports is included and the user can customize these reports and then save them for future use.
Easy-Recruiter has the flexibility and power to operate in single or multi-user environments while supporting multiple sports - even more than one at one time!
