A license is required for each computer on which Easy-Scout Professional is installed.  The "licensee" is the person or entity (school or booster club) that purchases the license, and is eligible for reduced-cost additional licenses, upgrades and technical support.

A license may be purchased, or it may be paid for on a subscription basis - one or the other, but never both at the same time. A License purchase is a one time expenditure, and additional costs and benefits for upgrades and maintenance are optional. A License Subscription (we call this a Season Pass) is a pay as you go, monthly or annual expenditure, with a lower upfront cost, and no additional cost for upgrades and maintenance while the subscription is active.

Easy-Scout XP Plus and the Video Scouting Edition of Easy-Scout Professional include TWO Single User licenses . Additional licenses are available at a reduced cost as long as the computers are owned by the licensee or used for the same school or team. 

Site Licenses are available to schools and teams that want to install Easy-Scout Professional on a large number of computers or set up a networked configuration that may require enhanced technical support services and deployment assistance.
